Mgr. Věra Paštiková
Head of Transaction and Tax services
Věra is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. As part of her more than 20-year career in tax, she worked in the tax department of the consulting company BIG4, a major law firm and a medium-sized consulting foreign company.
Thanks to her extensive legal and tax experience, Věra specializes mainly in transactional consulting, due diligence, real estate consulting and tax consulting for private Czech clients.
Ing. Kamila Krucká
Head of Accounting and Payroll services
Kamila is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Prague University of Economics. During her 20-year career in the tax field, she worked in the tax department of one of the Big4 consulting companies as well as at a medium-sized foreign consulting company.
Thanks to her extensive tax and accounting experience, Kamila specializes mainly in accounting, corporate tax and payroll agenda.
